Marek Sawicki, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, welcomes EuroHiPeCo's gusets and visitors in his special letter:

It is a great honour for me, as Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, to invite cordially all organisers and participants of the IIIrd edition of International Fair of Food Safety, Hygiene and Pest Control EuroHiPeCo 2008, which has become a fixed event in the calendar of the most important fair events in our country.

The EuroHiPeCo Fair is an opportunity to promote not only food safety and hygiene, but also to make contacts and exchange experience among representatives of many branches acting in this sector. Very interesting subjects of matter focus representatives of many circles and experts being a base for discussion and raising professional qualifications. A huge amount of participants guarantees wide-range approach to subject of hygiene in various aspects of our life.

The Fair is an opportunity to promote Polish food and increase its quality in the field of production and hygiene thanks to presentation of the most modern equipment and accessories.

I am convinced that workshops and seminars organised during the Fair shall meet with interest of exhibitors and all participants acting in food safety and hygiene sector. I am glad that at present, when food market develops dynamically, food producers consider safety and quality of produced food to be priorities.
