President Zięba welcomes EuroHiPeCo s guestsProf. Stanisław Zięba, President of the Food Management Councilr welcomes EuroHiPeCo's gusets and visitors in his special letter:

On behalf of Food Management Council I would like to congratulate and thank to the Organisers of International Fair of Food Safety, Hygiene and Pest Control EuroHiPeCo 2008 for making an attempt to prepare such socially and economically needed event.

The Fair is also promotion of Polish excellent food producers and products gaining higher and higher marks from both domestic and abroad consumers. Presentation of technical and technological solutions that guarantee high food standards, supported by knowledge passed at organised seminars should be an excellent element of increasing social rank of Polish food.

A competitiveness of Polish goods on international food market rises as well, in spite of unfavourable rate of exchange.

It is a pleasure to notice at the same time, that you have gained a new co-operation partner on the Polish food and agricultural market – Food Management Federation of the Republic of Poland – a multi-branch organisation of self-government entities of food and agricultural sector, that has a priority to care about Polish food image as safe and high quality food.

I would like to wish a lot of satisfaction to the Organisers of International Fair of Food Safety, farmers, producers, as well as great number of consumers interested in taking part in this important Domestic Event.
Congratulations on achievements in this difficult but honourable mission of popularising safety of Polish food and agricultural products which must be a locomotive of the Polish economy.
